SCOPE:  ​Hired directly by ZWA to direct the FF&E project management, I oversaw the complex procurement, logistics, and installation for the historic Alexis Hotel renovation in Seattle. Working alongside ZWA—who managed overall construction—I led the execution of the interior furnishings, custom fixtures, and art program designed by Dawson Design Associates. The multi-phase project encompassed 121 guestrooms (including 33 custom suites) and public spaces, seamlessly integrating contemporary luxury and contrasting textures within the property's historic brownstone architecture.
