SCOPE:  Partnered directly with the design firm to translate their ultra-luxury specifications into reality for the comprehensive refresh of Bar Nineteen12 and the executive Boardroom. Responsibilities encompassed contract purchasing, meticulous tracking, and managing local freight logistics—including dedicated warehousing and coordinated manufacturer pickups for all custom luxury furnishings, decorative lighting, and specialized finishes. Sourcing operations culminated in hiring and directly supervising an elite, white-glove installation team on-site. Working closely with the hotel's General Manager and property team, this active installation was executed with zero disruption to guests, ensuring every bespoke detail aligned flawlessly with the designer’s intent and five-star brand standards.
