Responsibilities encompassed contract purchasing, manufacturer tracking, and sequential shipping for all specified architectural and decorative assets. The technical scope required intensive cross-coordination to execute a complex, 19-foot concierge desk, managing the structural alignments between the furniture manufacturer and a separate stone top fabricator. Sourcing and field logistics also included overseeing specialized, direct-to-site vendor deliveries, manufacturer-led assembly, and the procurement of custom decorative lighting—including the distinct pendant lighting around the bar and custom elevator lobby fixtures.
