SCOPE:  As my inaugural project with Intradesign, Inc., I served as lead FF&E project manager under the Purchasing Manager for the 20,000 sq. ft. clubhouse renovation at Castle Pines—the iconic Jack Nicklaus–designed PGA Tour venue in Castle Rock, Colorado. I personally managed the complete procurement of all furniture and fixtures—participating in vendor negotiations, drafting and reviewing purchase orders, tracking orders, and managing invoice approvals and vendor payments. I then resided on-site to direct the full installation across the main salon, specialty dining, retail pro shop, and member lounges.
