In addition to standard room and corridor turn-key furnishings, managed the specialized fabrication and production of custom vanity units and decorative architectural wood screens. Handled the end-to-end logistics pipeline—including selecting and hiring the warehousing facility, coordinating freight, and managing the on-site installation team.
