Responsibilities included directly hiring and managing a trusted carpet installer to execute the comprehensive flooring rollout across all standard guestrooms, corridors, and public areas. Concurrently, for the property's six premium themed suites, this role managed the client's General Contractor specifically for the installation of custom carpet and high-end wallcoverings. The targeted room procurement also encompassed a Phase 1 window shutter rollout, which involved vetting specialized vendors to secure the most durable product option for the property's long-term operations.
