SCOPE:  Partnered with OLS Hotels & Resorts leadership to execute a multi-phase capital renovation across a highly diverse guestroom footprint. Because the majority of rooms featured non-standard layouts rather than repeating plans, the project required intensive spatial organization. Working directly from baseline design concepts, this role translated the design intent into technical room drawings and generated all comprehensive procurement matrices to establish formal property specifications where none previously existed.

Beyond front-end technical development, directed the end-to-end purchasing pipeline and manufacturer vetting. Responsibilities included overseeing budgeting, managing multi-setup model rooms to execute specialized acoustic sound-absorption testing for carpeted areas, and vetting luxury vinyl tile (LVT) kitchen installations to lock in aesthetic and fitment standards. To conclude the rollout, managed all procurement logistics and coordinated on-site delivery alongside the management company's designated installation team.
