NEW CONSTRUCTION SCOPE:  Partnered with ownership from project inception to manage the end-to-end purchasing contract for the resort’s initial new construction footprint. This included complete FF&E procurement for all guestrooms, suites, corridors, lobby, cafe, ballroom, prefunction, boardroom, public restrooms, fitness center, and pool deck. Additionally managed the custom fabrication and engineering of the guestroom and suite vanities.

ONGOING PROPERTY UPGRADES:  Transitioned into a long-term design, purchasing, and consulting partnership for continuous property enhancements. This scope included designing and sourcing custom lobby area rugs, sofas, and coffee tables, as well as optimizing the cafe's spatial layout to increase seating capacity. For the exterior amenities, curated the finishes and purchased new firepit and game-area furnishings, while selecting custom performance textiles and managing vendor fabrication for replacement chaise and balcony chair slings. Additionally, when ownership required a critical high-traffic flooring transition, leveraged an elite contractor network to source the specialized team needed to navigate and successfully resolve a hidden, defective subfloor installation left by the original general contractor.​
