Operating under an individually owned condominium structure, this role required an agile procurement pipeline to adapt to a fluid, multi-stage "opt-in" unit schedule. Responsibilities included executing an initial modeling phase to set design standards, followed by the consecutive rollout of 93 distinct one-bedroom suites.

A primary focus was maintaining strict material continuity across an extended production window to preserve a unified property aesthetic as independent owners joined the program over time. To manage complex island logistics, this role coordinated manufacturer timelines, forecasted product volumes, and directed strict delivery schedules to ensure all FF&E reached the mainland consolidator in time for ocean transit to Kauai.
